SIVE 2026 – MILLIEXO VET®-
THANK YOU SIVE 2026 – MILLIEXO VET®: A REALITY IN VETERINARY REGENERATIVE MEDICINE
The SIVE 2026 Congress concluded with a result of great scientific, professional, and human value for Dual Trend and the MilliExo Vet® project.
Participation in the event confirmed the strong interest of the veterinary community in advanced solutions for equine regenerative medicine, leading to the establishment of important commercial and scientific agreements that further strengthen the development and dissemination pathway of the MilliExo Vet® technology.
Scientific Collaborations and the Growth of the MilliExo Vet® Project
Dialogue with veterinarians, clinicians, researchers, and institutions highlighted how MilliExo Vet® is now recognised as a concrete and clinically applicable solution for veterinary tissue regeneration therapy, particularly in the treatment of equine tendon, joint, and muscular pathologies.
The success of the project is the result of a shared vision that brings together research, technological innovation, and real-world clinical application.

A Special Acknowledgement
Our sincere and well-deserved thanks go to the 4th Mounted Carabinieri Regiment for their support, collaboration, and trust in the project.
In particular, we would like to thank Graziano A. Ippedico, Paola Di Francesco, and Giulia Leone.
The collaboration between the 4th Mounted Carabinieri Regiment, Dual Trend – MilliExo Vet®, and Paolo Mezzana represented a fundamental step in transforming MilliExo Vet® from a research project into a clinical reality in veterinary regenerative therapy, applied with scientific rigour and institutional responsibility.

Looking Ahead
The success of SIVE 2026 marks the beginning of a new phase for MilliExo Vet®, focused on: consolidating the scientific collaborations already established, expanding the clinical application of the protocol, promoting an increasingly biological, autologous, and evidence-based approach to veterinary medicine.
Dual Trend renews its commitment to delivering innovation, quality, and safety in the field of veterinary regenerative medicine, with the goal of improving equine welfare and performanc
